What we collect

Homeowners: your name, email, phone, the home's address and details, photos you upload, and your preferences. Agents: your name, contact details, brokerage, Michigan license number and profile, and the bids you submit.

Who can see it

• Registered agents see a home's details and photos (not the street address).
• License-verified agents also see the street address.
• Agents you choose see your name, email and phone, only after you click “I'm interested” or select them. They also share their contact details with you.
• Homeowners see the bids on their own home, including each agent's name, brokerage, license number and profile.
• ListMyNest's operator (J.R. Augustaitis) can see all information in order to review listings, verify agents and run the service.
