How it works for agents
Simple, fair and the same for everyone
License on every bid
You'll enter your Michigan real estate license number when you bid. Bids appear to the homeowner once your license is verified on State of Michigan (LARA) records.
Sealed bids
You see how many bids a home has, never anyone else's terms. You can edit or withdraw your bid until bidding closes.
The homeowner reaches out
Owners stay anonymous until they click “I'm interested” on your bid. Then you both get each other's contact info. Please don't try to contact owners any other way.
Honest terms
Bid what you will put in a listing agreement. Fees are negotiable by law; homeowners compare bids, so your bid should match the agreement you'd bring.
Fair housing, always
Bids and messages must follow the Fair Housing Act and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. No steering, no discriminatory language.
Your brokerage, your agreement
You list through your own brokerage under your own agreement. ListMyNest only makes the introduction.
Register as a bidding agent
You'll get a private dashboard link to browse homes and send bids. No password to remember.
Save your private agent link
This link is your login. You can browse homes and bid right away; your bids are shown to homeowners as soon as J.R. verifies your license (usually within one business day).
Keep it private; anyone with it can bid as you. We've saved it on this device too.
